From artists and storytellers to educators and activists, every person plays a significant role in building our congregation. The BJ community is supported by a diverse team of staff, volunteers, and spiritual leaders. Our rabbis are joined by rabbinic fellows, who are integrated into every facet of synagogue life and go on to carry BJ’s values of inclusivity, innovation, and social action into the world. Our spiritual leaders are joined by an ensemble of talented musicians, who accompany our services with music from a plurality of cultures and traditions. From our board of trustees to our security and operations staff, each member of our team offers an unwavering sense of devotion, passion, and coordination to our community.
