Biography

Dana has been a member of BJ since 2010 and became more active when her daughter Tahlia was born in 2016. She joined the Early Childhood committee in 2018, then served as the Co-Chair for the Early Childhood retreat, and eventually became Co-Chair of the Early Childhood Committee. In August of 2020, she joined the BJ Re-Entry Task Force and she currently serves as the chair for the Family Life and Learning committee. She’s been on the BJ board since 2021 and became a member of the Executive Committee in 2023. Dana has a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.  She’s spent the majority of her career in learning and development, human resources, leadership development, learning management, and large-scale HR information system implementations in the public and private sectors. Dana also spent five years working at UJA Federation NY developing lay leaders and then as a Planning Director. Dana lives on the Upper West Side with her daughter, Tahlia.
