Join us in virtual community for Arvit (the evening service), as we maintain a collective spiritual practice while supporting all those in our midst who are saying Kaddish. We will conclude with havdalah and end the holiday together as a community.

Join our Hebrew immersion class for 3- and 4-year-olds with Shira Averbuch. Through music, stories, and movement, children will gain a sense of community rooted in Jewish tradition while gaining exposure to Israeli culture.
Parent Learning: Israel
This series will help parents brush up on Israeli history and culture, while also processing our own feelings and how to talk to our children about the beautiful and complex country.

Join BJ Rabbinic Fellow Joe Blumberg for a lively study of each week’s Torah portion, with a focus on the three paradigms of connection in Jewish text.
Bim Bam
Bim Bam gives children three and under a fun space to get ready for Shabbat through interactive songs, movement, and stories, while practicing traditions such as lighting candles and saying Kiddush.
Likrat Shabbat (4th-5th Grade)
Kick off Shabbat with some Friday night learning, music, food, and community building. The evening will start with candle lighting, Shabbat-related activities, and services, followed by a delicious dinner.
Aviv Shabbat
Come together with other folks in their 20s and 30s and bring in the joy of Shabbat with song and prayer as we create spirited—and spiritual—Shabbat vibes together. After services, connect over a delicious kosher dinner.
Kabbalat Shabbat
Join us on Friday nights for a joyful Kabbalat Shabbat service infused with uplifting melodies from across the Jewish world, brought to life by our extraordinary musicians and deepened by the wisdom of our tradition.

Early Childhood Shabbat Service (Age 6 and Under)
We are excited to offer this lively service, featuring songs, stories, Torah reading, and more! This service is intended for families with children from birth through age 7.
Shabbat Morning Services (2nd-6th Grade)
Join us every Saturday morning for a lively Shabbat Service for kids in grades 2-6. Parents can stay or join the community in the Sanctuary. Services are led by Rabbis Deena Cowans, Becca Weintraub, and our music educator Yaira Spitzer Tilchin!
A Return to A Zionism for the Future with Rabbi Chaim Seidler-Feller
Rabbi Chaim Seidler-Feller explores Zionism’s redemptive possibilities through some of the movement's transformative writings, reviving its humanistic spirit. Together, we will reimagine a values-driven Zionism and envision a more inclusive, principled Jewish future.
Midnight Run
The BJ Teen Midnight Run will take place on Saturday April 26 after Shabbat. We will gather at BJ at 7:30 PM for dinner, Havdalah, and learning before heading out to deliver donations.
