Start your day with soulfulness and equanimity with this weekly mindfulness meditation practice, led by Rabbi Shuli Passow and informed by themes from the Torah portion.
Haverim
Our 7th-grade program, Haverim, integrates students in both secular schools and Jewish day schools, providing a platform to explore topics that affect all teenagers, regardless of background, and preparing students for their B-Mitzvah and beyond.
Prayer: Back to the Basics (In Person)
Rabbinic Fellow Alissa Platcow will help unlock the hidden themes and explore the dramatic arc of our tefillot (prayers) while sharing some essential tips for how to navigate services (where do I stand, when do I bow, and why?).
Parenting as a Spiritual Practice with Rabbi Becca Weintraub
Explore how parenting can be a vehicle to our own Jewish spiritual practice and how together we can raise connected, thoughtful, and empowered mensches. This havurah (group learning/cohort) is open to parents with children ages birth through 18.
