Start your day with soulfulness and equanimity with this weekly mindfulness meditation practice—this week's session will be led by Rabbi Deena Cowans, and as usual will be informed by themes from the Torah portion.
Our 7th-grade program, Haverim, integrates students in both secular schools and Jewish day schools, providing a platform to explore topics that affect all teenagers, regardless of background, and preparing students for their B-Mitzvah and beyond.
Together with Rabbis Roly Matalon, Felicia Sol, and Becca Weintraub, we'll dive into texts and big ideas about the meaning of Pesah, and discuss how to prepare—both practically and spiritually.
