Come join us this Saturday for an in-person Young Families Shabbat hangout with music, time to socialize, and more! This program will be led by Michelle Geisler, who will get everyone wiggling and moving along to their favorite Shabbat tunes!
Join Aviv in Central Park for Forest Bathing, a low-intensity, mindfulness-in-nature activity based on the Japanese practice shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing focuses on gently engaging mind, spirit, and body with the natural environment. Please note that space is limited.
