Biography

Leah is grateful to call BJ her lifelong spiritual home and currently serves on the Board as First Vice President. Most recently she chaired the Rabbinic Search Committee. Previously, she chaired the post-pandemic Back Home Shabbaton in 2022, helped coordinate BJ’s Vaccine Volunteer Initiative in 2021, and has served BJ through leadership roles spanning children, teens, and long-term strategic planning. Leah is Math Coordinator for Early Childhood and Lower School at Grace Church School and advisor to the Associate Teacher Program. She and her husband Adam were married in the BJ sanctuary in November 2023, thanks to an introduction by former BJ Fellow, Rabbi Grace Gleason.
