Carol Bowen grew up in North Carolina, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Undergraduate and Law School. She moved to New York in 1981, where she found her true and forever home, discovered Judaism, and converted at BJ. After practicing law for many years, Carol started a new career in wellness, as a pilates teacher, yoga teacher, and somatic movement therapist. She currently owns and runs a wellness studio on the Upper West Side. At BJ, Carol greatly enjoys greeting people as they come for services.
