Free Over-the-Phone Technical Help From BJ Member Zach Cohn

BJ member Zach Cohn has set up a program that offers over-the-phone technical help for free. The goal is to provide a way for seniors to get help with technology difficulties without having to call up their family members (who probably are sick of serving as a personal IT team).
