Early Childhood Sukkot Service (Age 6 and Under)
Families will enjoy this spiritual and fun Sukkot service full of singing, movement, and learning.
Arvit and Havdalah
Join us in virtual community for Arvit (the evening service), as we maintain a collective spiritual practice while supporting all those in our midst who are saying Kaddish. We will conclude with havdalah and end the second day of Sukkot together as a community.

Shirah with Shira
Join Shira Averbuch for a joyful Hebrew immersion class for children ages 3–4 and their parents or caregivers. Through music, stories, movement, and play, children build early Hebrew language skills, connect with Israeli culture, and experience the warmth of Jewish community.

Join us Saturday mornings for a lively and engaging Shemini Atzeret and Shabbat service designed for kids in grades 1–6. Drop-off is optional—parents are welcome to stay for the family-friendly service or join the larger community in the Sanctuary.

Before we celebrate Simhat Torah like only BJ can, come together for happy hour and apps with other 20s + 30s, including those from Central Synagogue! The food will be kosher dairy. Connect over drinks and meet a great crew to dance with all night long!
K–6 Family Simhat Torah Ice Cream Party
Celebrate Simhat Torah with a sweet ice cream party with K–6 families, followed by dancing with the Torah during the first few hakafot with the BJ community in the Sanctuary.
