Develop a daily Jewish practice and help us make a minyan so our members can say kaddish for their loved ones. Join us in person Monday through Friday and other special days with Torah reading, and every day on Zoom.
Explore the textual, moral, and theological challenges in the Torah while building skills to engage with difficult parts of our Tradition. Whether you’re a seasoned scholar or new to Torah study, all are welcome.
Families enjoy a kid-friendly Kabbalat Shabbat service filled with singing and dancing. Services are followed by a dinner complete with Shabbat blessings and songs. While adults are finishing their meal, children engage in play and exploration.
Join us for a special Shabbat evening where we will celebrate Hanukkah and join together for the Community House dedication. This event is for BJ member families with children in Kindergarten–6th grade.

Hitoreri is our monthly teen-only Kabbalat Shabbat & dinner, and a favorite BJ teen tradition. Teens participate in a Kabbalat Shabbat service led by their own classmates followed by Shabbat dinner and time for the teens to catch up and hang out.

Join us Saturday mornings for a lively and engaging Shabbat service designed for kids in grades 1–6. Drop-off is optional—parents are welcome to stay for the family-friendly service or join the larger community in the Sanctuary. This week’s service is for 5th graders.
