We are so excited to kick off the year in the BJ Teen Program with our annual Teen Retreat! We will travel to Eisner Camp to reconnect with friends, enjoy the beautiful atmosphere, celebrate Shabbat, and jumpstart an incredible year!

Shaharit (Online)
Remote Access Only NYDevelop a daily Jewish practice and help us make a minyan so our members can say kaddish for their loved ones. Join us every day on Zoom, and in person on Mondays, Thursdays, and other special days with Torah reading.
Bim Bam
Sanctuary 257 West 88th Street, New YorkBim Bam is a joyful gathering for children three and under to get ready for Shabbat through singing, movement, and stories, while practicing traditions such as lighting candles and saying Kiddush.
Tot Shabbat
Sanctuary and Rabbi Rachel Cowan Chapel 257 West 88th Street, New YorkFamilies enjoy a kid-friendly Kabbalat Shabbat service filled with singing and dancing. Services are followed by a dinner complete with Shabbat blessings and songs. While adults are finishing their meal, children engage in play and exploration.
Likrat Shabbat (K-6th Grade)
Community House 270 West 89th Street, New YorkKick off Shabbat with some Friday night learning, music, food and community building. The evening will consist of Shabbat-related activities for children and adults, services, and dinner. This event is for BJ member families with children in kindergarten through 6th grade.
Kabbalat Shabbat
Sanctuary 257 West 88th Street, New YorkJoin us on Friday nights for a joyful Kabbalat Shabbat service infused with uplifting melodies from across the Jewish world, brought to life by our extraordinary musicians and deepened by the wisdom of our tradition.
Aviv Oneg
Join the party after Kabbalat Shabbat services, and head up to the BJ rooftop terrace for nibbles, drinks, and mingling. All are welcome to experience the magic of BJ’s spiritual and musical services; you can also attend just the oneg.
