Mark Yom HaShoah in sacred community, as we gather for prayer, ritual, and music in the presence of BJ’s Shoah Megillah—inscribed with the names of BJ family members who perished in the Holocaust.

At approximately 8:00 PM, we will screen the award-winning documentary As If It Were Yesterday (Comme Si C’était Hier), by Myriam Abramowicz and Esther Hoffenberg. This powerful film honors the extraordinary courage of the Belgian people who, under Nazi occupation, risked everything to hide over 4,000 Jewish children,  saving them from arrest, deportation, and extermination. Their bravery, often in defiance of their own government, inspired the founding of the Hidden Child Foundation in 1991.

Please note: The livestream will conclude prior to the film screening. (Those joining online can make their own plans to view the film.)
