Yoga for the New Year

Join your fellow 20s and 30s for a live morning yoga practice to prepare for Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year. No yoga experience needed, all are welcome to join.

It is important to us that we compensate our instructors. This program is pay what you can, so your contribution will go to supporting those presenters. We recognize that not everyone is able to contribute at this time; that is okay! You are welcome! 

Our Instructor:

Natalie Bergner is a Brooklyn native who currently lives in Boulder, Colorado. She is a yoga instructor who believes in the power of movement to heal and enliven our minds, bodies, and souls and she incorporates her love of spiritual practice into her yoga teaching. She is also a Senior Field Manager for OneTable, a Jewish non-profit, and a birth doula
