Join noted parenting experts Ron Taffel and Fretta Reitzes to talk about the complexities of being a grandparent, what today’s grandparents love about this incredible and unique experience, as well as issues that concern them. For BJ members who would like to learn more about building stronger relationships with their kids and grandkids, whether you’re involved everyday or are far away.
Materials on effective grandparenting will be provided for workshop participants.

Ron Taffel is a clinical psychologist who specializes in helping adult children, parents and grandparents. He is the author of numerous parenting books and articles and has consulted nationwide on childrearing and family life in contemporary culture.
Fretta Reitzes has created extensive programs for parents, families, and educators in a broad range of community centers, agencies and schools and has written several books and articles about parenting and family life in the modern world.
