Giving money to support others is a core Jewish value. But what are the practical parameters of this mitzvah? To whom do we give? How much? How often? How do we prioritize needs? Similarly, supporting those who are homeless is a central Jewish activity. But how do we balance that with fears and concerns for safety? What is behind those fears? Join us as we embark on an exploration of what it means to give through a Jewish lens.
