Join us for a virtual training to become a volunteer with Sacred Court Support, an interfaith immigration court accompaniment initiative led by BJ, Co-Counsel NYC, HIAS, and SPSA.
We especially need volunteers with daytime availability and language skills (Haitian Creole, Fulani, French, Spanish, or Arabic)—but most of all, people who are ready and eager to show up!
Sacred Court Support volunteers accompany immigrant community members to court hearings and ICE check-ins as allies, witnesses, and friends. Accompaniment is a sacred act of solidarity: by showing up, building relationships, and ensuring that no one has to navigate the immigration system alone, our presence becomes a powerful form of resistance.
