Join BJ and Knock Knock Give a Sock (KKGS) in building stronger communities by bringing neighbors together for Mother’s Day. This year we are celebrating by inviting mothers and children living in local homeless shelters to join us for brunch. Through our conversation and shared experiences of motherhood, neighbors can meet neighbors and create community.

Activities and programming for children will be provided; kids over 12 and dads will have volunteer roles.

KKGS works to humanize homelessness one sock at a time. One of the ways KKGS works to end this stigma is through “Meet Your Neighbor Meals,” an experience that brings together communities living in houses and those who are experiencing homelessness—side by side.
