Hitoreri, our monthly teen-only Kabbalat Shabbat & dinner, is a favorite BJ teen tradition. Teens participate in a Kabbalat Shabbat service led by their own classmates as we leave behind the hectic energy of the school week and transition into the peacefulness of Shabbat. The service is followed by a delicious Shabbat dinner and plenty of down time for the teens to catch up and hang out.
This month is Camp Shabbat. We will participate in Kabbalat Shabbat services in the Sanctuary with the whole BJ community—there’s no separate teen service this month.
Kabbalat Shabbat will be in the Sanctuary and dinner will be in the Chapel.
