Does your family have children’s books you’re ready to pass along? This Hanukkah, we’re collecting new and gently used children’s books for the PS 145 Community Bookshelf. Students and their caregivers can choose books to take home and keep, giving kids and families the chance to build their own collections and enjoy stories together.
PS 145 is especially looking for:
Books for preschool through fifth grade
Picture books, board books, early readers, nonfiction, and graphic novels
Books in English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Mandarin
Please review the full book donation guidelines. To make sure every donation can be used, donors will be asked to take home books that don’t meet the criteria. Storage is limited, so please drop off books at the designated time only.
