Aviv Giving Circle
All events in seriesAviv is hosting a Giving Circle for those interested in giving thoughtfully and in community. A small group will come together over three sessions to learn, reflect, and decide together how to put our resources to work.
Aviv’s Giving Circle will be rooted in Jewish ethics and explore questions of tzedakah, social justice, and intentional giving. Over three sessions (February 23, March 9, and March 23), participants will engage in Jewish learning, thoughtful discussion, and relationship-building, culminating in a collective gift to an immigration-focused organization.
This is a chance to connect with a smaller subset of the Aviv community, reflect on how we give, and do some good together! Participation includes a financial commitment, with a minimum contribution of $180 total. We recognize that individuals’ capacities to give may vary, so if this is a significant barrier to your participation please reach out to Joe (jblumberg@bj.org) or Kiana (kdavis@bj.org).
If you’re curious about giving more intentionally and in community, we’d love for you to join us!
Registration closes on Monday, February 23 at 7:00 PM.
