Canceled: Songs Nona Taught Me

Join Aviva Chernick and musical companion Yoshie Fruchter as they lead us in havdalah, followed by a participatory concert. This performance will feature a collection of Aviva’s favorite songs in Ladino, Hebrew, and Yiddish. These traditional and original melodies are songs for opening the mouth, softening the heart, and stirring the imagination. The evening will include moments of listening, communal singing, learning, and still, silent reflection.
