Songs of Gratitude & Resistance
An Interfaith Service with B’nai Jeshurun and St. Paul & St. Andrew
On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, B’nai Jeshurun and St. Paul & St. Andrew will come together for an interfaith service centered in song—songs of gratitude, hope, justice, courage, and resistance.
In a time of deep division and cynicism, we’ll raise our voices together and practice gratitude as an act of resistance. Through music, we’ll open ourselves to the blessings that abound: the gift of community, the strength we find in one another, the joy that persists, and the possibility of a more just and loving world.
We’ll sing our gratitude for what is, our hope for what could be, and our commitment to keep working toward what is not yet. Come sing with us as we resist despair, strengthen our bonds across faith and difference, and give thanks for the love and courage that keep calling us forward.
