Interested in starting or deepening a mindfulness practice? This introductory class – led by BJ member Jonathan Silver – will cover a range of topics including mindfulness of the breath, body, thoughts, emotions, lovingkindness, and gratitude. There will be time for practice and questions. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have been practicing for decades, all are welcome to join.
