Fall + Winter Clothing Drive for Children
Help ensure that unhoused children in NYC District 3 public schools have the clothing they need for the fall and winter seasons.
BJ will collect new and very gently used children’s clothing from Monday, October 28 to Wednesday, November 6.
Clothing can be dropped off at the Community House at 270 West 89th Street Monday-Thursday from 7am-7pm, or Fridays from 7am-3pm.

We can accept:
- Pants
- Shirts and sweaters
- Dresses
- Socks (new only)
- Underwear (new only)
- Pajamas
- Outerwear (winter coats + jackets)
- Hats and gloves
- Shoes and boots
We cannot accept:
- Summer clothing in any size
- Used undergarments in any size
- Adult clothing
- Any items that are torn or stained
- Household items
- Toys, games, or stuffed animals
All items must be in infant, toddler, children, or teen sizes.
