Expanding Freedom with Mitzvah Matzoh

We are proud to partner this year with Mitzvah Matzoh, a non-profit that harnesses the power of Pesah to expand freedom for those who need it most. In a radical realignment of matzah with its intention, Mitzvah Matzos bakes and sells authentic, soft, handmade shmura matzah using a prized organic flour, sending all profits to organizations doing the heroic work of fighting human trafficking.  A thicker texture for a thicker ritual.

Place your order here and be sure to select BJ as your pickup location at checkout.  The deadline for all orders is Thursday, March 18th. Matzot will be available for pickup at BJ on March 22 and 23.

All matzot are certified kosher under the orthodox rabbinic supervision of Lighthouse Kosher. Since this matzah is soft and made without preservatives, it is stored frozen until ready to use. For best taste, it may be warmed in the oven between 200-250 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, not unlike frozen bread.
