As Israel emerges from two painful years – with the living hostages home, the nation beginning to heal, and a fragile ceasefire in place – we invite you to join Rabbis Roly Matalon and Felicia Sol on a journey of reflection, connection, and hope.

This trip offers BJ members a unique opportunity to bear witness to Israel’s ongoing process of healing, in the midst of a very complicated time filled with much uncertainty, and to begin to envision its emerging future. We will meet with BJ’s partners in Israel, continuing the conversations that began in New York this past May, and hear from diverse voices, leaders, thinkers, and activists, who are helping to shape Israel’s evolving story and a future of coexistence and hope for the region.

Our trip will begin in Tel Aviv at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 20, continuing on to Jerusalem on Friday, January 23, with a closing dinner Monday, January 26, and concluding on Tuesday, January 27.

Join us as we bear witness, listen, and explore together what renewal and hope can mean in this important moment for Israel and its people.

Trip Cost

• Single room occupancy: $4,145
• Double room occupancy (per person): $3,075

Inclusions: accommodations: January 20–23 in Tel Aviv (three nights) + January 23–27 in Jerusalem (four nights); activities; and some meals
Exclusions: airfare, travel to and from the airport, and some meals

Note: all participants must make their own round-trip flight arrangements.

Payment for the fee can be made in full (preferred) upon registration or through four installments. The full balance must be paid by Tuesday, January 6, 2026, two weeks prior to the trip.
