DESCRIPTION:The practice of mindfulness can help us slow down and expand our self-awareness\, which are essential components of spiritual work. Join meditation teacher Yael Shy\, BJ’s Rabbi Shuli Passow\, and fellow 20s and 30s  for a workshop using Jewish wisdom and mindfulness meditation to prepare our hearts and souls for Rosh Hashanah and the year ahead. \nAll are welcome; no experience with meditation or Jewish texts is necessary. \nIt is important to us that we compensate our outside presenters. In turn\, admission for this program is pay what you can. We recognize that not everyone is able to contribute at this time; that is okay!
