SUMMARY:Thousand Turkey Challenge 2020
DESCRIPTION:Every year\, our community comes together to support the West Side Campaign Against Hunger’s (WSCAH) annual Turkey Challenge and secure holiday meals for New Yorkers in need.  \nWSCAH is one of the largest emergency food providers in New York\, connecting food-insecure families to fresh\, healthy produce for over 41 years. Throughout the month of November\, WSCAH and our coalition of community partners band together to distribute thousands of turkeys and other holiday food to our communities. This year\, food insecurity is at an all time high\, with an estimated 1.5 million New Yorkers who will struggle to put together a Thanksgiving meal\, and we need your help. \nPlease join us in supporting the 2020 Turkey Challenge and helping WSCAH provide 5\,000 families with a Thanksgiving meal. You can donate here on WSCAH’s website\, or by texting TURKEY to 56512. \nWe cannot do this without your help. Donate today to ensure that all New Yorkers can enjoy a Thanksgiving meal this holiday season.  \nQuestions? Contact Larissa.
